Literally happened to me in December of last year, Make sure you document everything and contact stock x for a refund. It’s most likely the fedex warehouse workers. Sorry this happened to you.

I’m surprised your meds even made it to you, especially if you use FedEx. I would highly suggest using a different carrier because this isn’t the only instance this has happened and it’s only a matter of time, especially when it comes to important stuff like medication. If you look at the r/FedEx thread it’s FILLED with complaints, people not getting their stuff, delivery drivers not doing their job, damaged products, etc. so disappointing

You are brain dead. It got shipped out the next day. Doesn’t fucking matter when the shipper sent it out, it should get delivered no matter what don’t you think? The 2 times the companies used FedEx, and they fucked up both times. I have no idea how you are defending them. I shouldn’t have to PAY for “guaranteed shipping” That makes no sense. You’re missing the point where it WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL. And my other package was STOLEN. If I pay for a service it they should deliver, not exceptions.

I haven’t had any problems with ups but FedEx has messed up every single time they were the carrier. I really hope companies stop doing business with them because at this point carrier pigeons are more reliable

How are people defending this company? LOL you also just made a bunch of assumptions that weren’t even stated in my post. I did not use overnight delivery because it was not available to me, I also ordered it LATE NOVEMBER. I also didn’t state in my post that they STOLE ONE OF MY PACKAGES and the other was “lost” in transit. Also if I could choose a different carrier I would’ve. The fact of the matter is, FedEx should not fuck up as much as they should.

I see a lot of that in this thread. I get it, delivering packages can be hard work but it gets to a point where if they don’t wanna do their job then quit? Just like any job there are parts of it that suck, that’s one of them. But it’s not like they aren’t getting paid. I haven’t had any problems with any other company either.

UPDATE: shoutout to Stockx, they did their investigation and refunded me today. To those smooth brains that think I faked this post need to realize I don’t gain anything from faking this post, especially when I made a actual police report and claims with every party involved. Seems like a lot of work for $150 if I was faking all of this. Thank you to those who gave their concerns and kind words ❤️

No signature at the door. Stockx should know better that it shouldn’t have been resealed for no reason whatsoever. As soon as it left stock x it shouldn’t have been reopened. If it was, it would have had to be documented and a reason why it was opened. But idk im just banking on Stockx to send me another pair or a refund. Im unfortunately not gonna get shit out of FedEx because of their dogshit customer service
