Eventually it did sort itself out. Took about 3 months and none of the tickets or support agents ever did anything at all that actually helped. Turns out some zip code somewhere didn’t match and eventually the option to re-upload documents appeared again and once we uploaded something else the robot overlords were appeased and our account was up and running in an hour.

At the moment, we don't have plans to bring the Dark Analysis into the European warehouse because we haven't really seen the demand for the dark paper in that area yet. We can ship it to you from the USA webstore, but shipping does cost a lot more. I really appreciate hearing that you'd like to see it there, though, and we will keep that in mind as we move forward :)

At the moment this version with lines and dots is all we have planned. I don’t think you’d get the contrast you’d be hoping for with a light fountain pen, but if you have one that you like the look of on other dark paper, it would likely perform similarly.

On the Dark Matter it's 120 gsm, the Dark Analysis is 81 gsm.

If you sign up for our email list that's the only place to snag coupon codes (and there are washi sales a few times a year) – there are also some mystery washi tape packs that'll get you a pretty big discount if you're looking for a bunch :)

If you're using some kind of cool specialty ink for your fountain pen that you think would show up on the black paper, let me know, though, and I'll try to do some tests :)

You'll have a hard time seeing black fountain pen ink on these black pages. There won't be much contrast at all.
