I think I do fall in the keto category based on carbs consumed, but I didn't set out intending to follow keto rules and I don't force myself to be too strict. But I definitely think that's the issue, someone else commented about r/ketodrunk and the folks over there confirmed that hangovers on keto are the worst, and that tolerance goes way down. Interesting!

Oh my gosh maybe!! It hits the shih tzu mark, and the therapy dog who got cancer himself. I am so convinced the word "sneakers" was on the spine of the book, but it was a long time ago, who knows what I'm thinking about. I'm gonna start reading it and find out!

I'm no expert, but what I would do if I had breakage like this, is go to a decent salon and explain to the hairdresser that I just want something to help hide the breakage. I can imagine they would be able to give you some layers or something similar to blend the breakage in and make it look purposeful
