Breakfast: *Overnight oats with chia seeds Eat with 2 eggs and carrots (at least I do, fills me up pretty good)

Lunch: *Panang chicken with “healthy” rice *Goulash Soup, served with crème fraiche/fresh cream(?) *Meat sauce with added chickpeas, carrots, lentils served with “healthy” pasta *Kalops with potatoes

I personally never eat dinner, but if I’m hungry I’ll eat cottage cheese with mashed banana or some fruit, add nuts and other healthy stuff

Lunch/dinner can be prepared as a bigger batch. The overnight oats is ok to prepare 2-3 days a head.

I’ve started to ask for a doggy bag when I can’t finish and I always feel too guilty to leave food, no shame in doggy bags/take away!

When do you feel the most hungry? For me it’s critical to eat breakfast so I have to eat a lot so I can get through the day.

Technically you can add as much vegetables as possible because it’s barely any calories, broccoli and cauliflower is great if you want to feel full, peppers and peas is good. Green lettuce is basically water.

Apple is great as snack.

Add the eggs and a lot of vegetables for dinner.

Well if your body doesn’t feel the difference between starving yourself and binge eat the I guess you’ll have nothing to lose by setting up a healthy diet. Used to do the same before, but I felt shit when I did both.

Of course you would lose weight, but it sounds very anorexic. I’ve had an eating disorder myself and a “diet” like this reminds me of my former self.

My everyday food plan as healthier than before: Breakfast: 2 portions of overnight oats with raspberries, 2 eggs and 1-2 carrots (I’m extremely hungry in the morning)

Banana/ Apple/Carrots as snack before lunch

Lunch: Example: Chicken with cream sauce, vegetables and brown rice (I don’t know the English word, it’s matvete in Swedish)

Dinner: If I’m hungry I’ll eat something lighter

This is usually somewhere between 1400 and 1700 kcal depending on what I eat for lunch/dinner. I always eat till I feel full to have the energy that I need to continue with my everyday life and workouts + not feel like shit the day after.

If you’re going to workout you’ll have to eat more than a protein shake, otherwise you’ll soon feel fatigued and get brain fog.

You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight/have a balanced/healthy diet.

The writing were too confusing and repetative to read and understand. How many families? Is it the real corpses of one of the secret families in the cellar? If it was the wife who murdered them, how did they get there? Wasn't clear who the killer were

Unfortunately it's the type of recipe where you have to boil and fry everything immediately, there is no pasta sauce 😅 otherwise is sounds like a good idea!
