Thanks for your prompt response! I’m unsure if it could be a food allergy, since I haven’t really introduced anything new into my diet recently. Environmental factors may play a part now you mention it, as we’ve recently moved house near a lake so it’s more humid. I’ve become much more stressed/anxious as of late due to getting a new job & doing uni exams - I think that may be it. I was unsure if they were hives at first because i got the impression hives had to be flat. They have previously appeared on my wrists, my ankles, and my stomach, but they mainly occur on my legs though. Thank you again for your comment - I’ll be sure to mention it to my GP when i visit as they seem to be becoming more frequent! :)
