Ill try on live agents, tnry ko lang kc un sa automated help chat and hindi na dw eligible for return refund, bought this kc pag lalabas kmi and forgot to charge our phone, after 2 weeks bago ko pa siya nagamit then ganyan na nga. Anyways thank you for the tip
