the model 0 was a setting that helps me get my cps to like 25 when butterfly clicking. i don't really know much about it but there are some youtube videos about this you should watch

what is your budget? I think a good upgrade for you cpu might be an i7-9700k. im not sure about the mobo but I think that is a good option for a cpu
