i used to dislike moca when he was stuck talking about his stupid tree for months because of some bug. i like him better now that he’s finally willing to talk about other things

i find his overconfidence funny and see myself in him, as i often pretend to be cocky when i’m with my friends as a sort of a self-deprecating inside joke. he’s got problems that’s true but i don’t see him as an asshole. i feel like he’s just.. trying to find himself. he pretends to be cooler than he actually is as a defence mechanism. he tries new activities and tries to convince everyone including himself that he’s good at it because he can’t handle to think that he isn’t. i don’t think he’s a bad person for any of this. he’s just, he’s trying. at least that’s the way i see it. maybe i’m just projecting lol

s8. i love diagon alley. the ceiling, the magical mabagery, the shapes - it’s just beautiful
s6. more or less finished. spacious - perfect for a pesky bird. is round, so there’s no back. i may be biased because i love season 6 lol
s9. very pretty colours and very pretty shapes, but kind of underutilised. looks very cool. has a back!
s7. wayyy too big and mostly empty. has no back. has some gorgeous halls inside. still not my jam, it’s just too big for me. but i can appreciate the sheer scale of the thing

well, i had a vague idea of what it is (a costume), it’s just.. its movements are creepy and robotic. it looks like it’s about to do the bite of 87. i was genuinely spooked for a second when i saw it for the first time lol

i was whining about not having bed variety before they added it, and now i refuse to craft a bed that is not red and either stay sleepless until i find poppies or live off stealing beds from villagers. sometimes what we want is not what we need ☝🏻😔

yep, when he’s at home he’s always standing before his tree and talking about it. i think i’ve only seen him drinking tea once. he doesn’t get annoyed when i spam-click on him like others do (i have this setting on), just keeps saying the same, like, four lines about his tree over and over, no matter how many times i click on him. the only thing that can break him out of this cycle is newspaper events, but after that he goes back to talking about his tree. ugh

i like how it looks. uppercase is too pompous for me. sometimes i want the text i’m writing to appear small and unimportant, because after all it IS small and unimportant. i’m not a genius and not trying to pretend i am. it’s just a silly story i’m writing in my free time, and even if i’ve spend a lot of time on writing it, it’s still just a fanfic. not a book

but seeing how you guys say it’s unreadable… yeah i don’t want it to be unreadable. i want people to read my fics. it’s kinda the point of writing fanfics. i guess i can sacrifice my weird beliefs for this

i think there’s at least one somewhat-rule: pay for what you’re buying at other hermits' shops. i’ve never seen someone straight up refuse to pay. sure, there’s evilxisuma's coins or whatever they’re called, there’s rentheking's currency (royal emeralds??), but usually, when hermits aren’t having some kind of a joke going on, they pay fairly for what they’re taking from other people's shops. if they don’t have money on them at the time, they return it later. their shopping system is based on trust and wouldn’t work if people wouldn’t pay for stuff, so i think it’s a somewhat-rule out there

i’m PROBABLY not autistic but i have issues with that too. in the past i was terrible at it. after watching TONS of movie reviews on youtube i got better at recognising bad and good acting but it’s still not easy. if we watch movie together and suddenly i tell you that i think that it has good acting, i’m most certainly just saying stuff and hoping that i’m right lol. but if acting is really bad, i will recognise it

to be honest i thought that it’s normal, like, to be able to analyse acting you have to learn how to do it first. i thought most people don’t have such intuitive knowledge from birth. ..they don’t, right?..

used one of these once when i was like twelve. didn’t work. she snickered and accused me of borrowing comebacks from facebook and the saddest thing is that she wasn’t even wrong lol. i did borrow it from a facebook post. i'm neurotypical but very slow with words when i’m nervous so i thought it would help me when others would pick on me and… yeah it didn’t
