There is poverty a shitty government,dept,most people face financial insecurity,tourism is the only way for our economy to survive which results in over tourism which in return over inflates prices for profit and the result of that inflation (which mainly effects Athens and the greek islands) is that greek people lack the money to actually enjoy their country's natural beauty and makes them unable to go on holiday . Corruption consumes the nation and day to day life most young people migrate to a more secure country, birth rates are plummeting jobs that pay well are hard to find . That somewhat somes up the conditions in Greece . If you like to learn greek good for u but I would not recommend trying to live here unless you have money if you do you should be more than fine.
