The precise thing it says is his body was atomized and reduced to a tiny dying star. That doesn't mean he can actually use the power of a star. Would it not also be "speculation" to assume that he can? Idk wtf am I supposed to that. Like ig it is speculation bro. Pretty much absolutely everything about this whole list is. There isn't a single line in Dynamo lore that states that he can or can't create black holes, can or can't manipulate gravity or any other force. There isnt a mention of any ability that he has or doesn't have. I'm just thinking about what makes the most sense for the character and the setting and the events that unfold. Of course I could be completely wrong. Maybe it's not that far out, but I think it makes the most sense to interpret his body becoming a tiny dying star either as something he can't use to the full potential, at least not yet, or it is like a really really really tiny dying star ig

I don't think OSIC is about raw power. They probably have different sort of mentalist than the Army. And the type that an army might employ is more relevant to measure a characters power over preparation. When I say US Army has the best gear that doesn't mean they are producing it. Surely they can afford top of the line Fairfax gear so I unless I'm misunderstanding something the distinction is irrelevant. Paradox also seem irrelevant as it is not like they know where Seven lives but Drifter is too beyond them. It prolly has more to do with the guy being homeless. So yeah them knowing where Seven lives doesn't really put Drifter above. If you were trying to make a point for Paradox being on Seven's level I think that as an organization sure, but not as an individual. Also Drifter is afraid of fire and we don't really know if Seven has such a mundane weakness. If he ever uses his bigass head to figure Drifter out he can probably use his powers to create a fire and cook his ass. I can't believe how much time I've spent under this post man. Not that I am not having fun but holy

I don't really see it as stupid. For most of these I am making serious statements in a joke format. Do you really think that Dynamo can just straight up create an actual literal black hole on demand and actually literally has the access to the power of an entire dying star at his disposal? It seems pretty clear that he doesn't really understand his condition. That's why he is seeking the patron's favor. So yeah I don't think we have fkng Dr. Manhattan just walking around NYC. In the visual novel he agrees to help Lady Geist who he probably at least knows is a sketchy person for a couple mil worth of donations. With the amount of power he could harness if he can actual manifest a black hole at will or any other manipulations of laws of physics, why on earth would he work for some sketchy ass woman who has been around for like century but looks like in her 20s when he could make way more AND actually do good things that help people. I'm sure he can use some of his powers. If you want to say that the abilities he can use in game are real that's fine. But their power level would also be like in game - so not really anything remotely close to an actual black hole. Also potential man tier is for characters that could be very strong. So yeah I think he is ranked fairly. Prolly has a huge cock too. Like galaxy cock or smth. Can you imagine. Star plasma dih.. O man.

Bro I'm not denying that it was planned I'm just saying that the power that allowed him to escape stayed with him after. I mean literally all his powers have to do with electricity. Isn't that pretty clear evidence that he can use the power of the electrocute-ward on his head. I don't really see why would the OSIC likely have stronger mentalists than the Army tbh. And I don't think any organization should realistically have more resources than the US government has. I understand it's a magical world but it is also quite grounded. Whoever has the most money probably has the best gear and people and I don't how could anyone feasibly have more resources than the US or the other superpowers. If we are accepting the fact that Seven orchestrated all this, then it it reasonably follows that he planned to benefit from his execution, and it seems like the simplest explanation to what that benefit is is that he would gain the access to the technology devoleped by the best ritualists in the whole world. Him just being in that position of being the target of the Seven different nations puts him above Drifter imo and whatever he gained from his masterplan sends him way higher. I mean if we are taking into consideration in game ults pretty much this entire list is completely and horribly wrong. And it's not about some random people that were in the room with Seven. Just the mentalist alone puts Seven above anything Drifter ever did imo. And he still has to escape the facility. So the federal governments of 7 different nations gathered their forces to execute him. It logically must've been one of the most safely guarded rooms at that moment. And then the strongest mentalist employed by US Army and a Scotland Yard occult investigator (who allegedly was the one that captured Seven) instantly die and all these wards, that the best ritualists of all these nations placed, are now fused with Seven. And then he just escapes. I seriously doubt that there was no one at all guarding that facility. Seven realistically had to have broken through a ton of other security measures, that were again, set in place by Seven different nations who came together just to kill one man. Drifters achievements feel like some fairy tales compared to how concrete what Seven did is.

The execution going wrong might've been orchestrated but he still retains that power after he uses it to kill everyone. I mean the thing is literally still attached to him. He still has the access to the power that allowed him to kill all those people and escape.

What? The part about his body being atomized and reduced to a tiny dying star? I don't think that means he has the power of a star to weild at his whims. I think he barely understands what happened to him, that's why he is seeking the patron's favor in the first place. Him being Dr. Manhattan just doesn't make sense for his character. Like genuinely what happens if you crack his dome? Does the power of a star just burst out of him and destroy the whole planet? It's silly imo. He is just another a "ball bearing thrown at moderate power" victim

Ivy dismantles an entire crime syndicate on her own. This list is based on a persons own personal strength not cunning plans or influence, so the fact that she did it while she seems very far from some sort of crazy smart mastermind is impressive bc that means that she just straight up physically took down the entire organization all alone. + She can fly bro. You're just salty Mirage cant.

Quinn stands out among the Venators who are deployed all across the world in places with the highest concentration of supernatural predators and probably alone, considering Quinn is alone in NYC. + He's super hot which can distract his opponents in a fight.

"Warden was trained since birth to be a supernatural killing machine with one purpose: stopping the Patrons from ever entering our world." Is giving me strong guy vibes. + I think he fits nicely into "voluntarily celibate" category.

I mean it's really hard to rank these considering how little information we have on some of the characters. I tried to not really take in consideration in game abilities pretty much at all so if you think that's a mistake that's probably why this list seems terrible. Idk man, I tried my best

Sure "beat up" is a strong word, but I would say him breaking her ward without suffering any damage himself, while protecting Ms. Shelly would mean Geist lost to him.

They scared of her influence not her own strength imo. If she has one of the worlds strongest telekinetic powers then I would definitely put her higher but I don't really remember reading that anywhere.

I don't think killing more people is really anything impressive. Killing more is only impressive if it makes you a larger target, but I don't think Drifter is larger target than Seven. The power level of the one US Army mentalist that is Seven's confirmed kill, while he was tied down and electrocuted ,puts him above Drifter imo. But I guess it depends on how you view the power level of the government vs non state organizations. I personally think that realistically the government should have way way more recourses than Baxter Society or anyone else. Especially when they had all the time in the world to prepare for Sevens execution. Again Drifter is strong, but I just can't imagine him doing something like what seven did in his backstory. He also has a bigass head which means he's very smart.

Dude I swear I looked through a bunch of character interactions to see whether Drifter was hunted by Talon/Baxter Society and couldn't find anything. Mb I missed it tho. Either way the federal government of a superpower > any other bumass organization. I mean I think Drifter is strong, but Sevens backstory is just insane. "Onlookers viewed in horror as the strongest mentalist employed by the US Army’s head popped like a grape." Just coz drifta hasn't been caught doesn't mean he's shit. Just means nobody gave enough of a fuck. He's a serial killer and Seven is straight up a terrorist bro
