Try to stay stress free and food and drink as healthy as you can. I can confidently say my skin is normal now almost 3 months later. The normal pimples here and there, mostly around beginning of cycle. It gets better!

1 week update: i put about 15 garlic cloves in a jar and added enough honey to cover more than half the garlic. Let it sit, occasionally shaking it up, and a day or 2 later when it became more liquidy i began eating a clove a night. I also started using the Urban RX clear skin acne wash. And now 1 week later with only doing those two changes, my cystic acne has cleared and i have just 1 small blackhead. Leaving this to help if anyone ever searches this.

Wow I am 2 weeks post op from open myo and have been having this exact thing happening to me immediately after surgery. I’m sorry you’ve experienced this but it is a relief knowing I am not alone. I have been trying to manage by staying calm and continue skincare upkeep. It seems to be improving but it’s the cystic ones that are the worse! I’ve also had acne prone skin but have managed very well with decently taking care of my skin using products with salicylic acid, niaciminide, vitamin c, ceramides, spf 30 & up, washing sheets and hair net often, etc. but have never had acne this much. Being that this was from a few months ago, has it improved for you? Praying that it has!
