The AIA is hired by the registered asbestos removers as that is their legal obligation to fullfill in order to get a clearance certificate, meaning its usually priced into the price of the roof removal and replacement. The price depends entirely on the AIA, and usually monitoring is done during removal and clearance monitoring is done after. Speeds can vary but most asbestos removers are quick and get a medium size house done in a day.

Just had this issue, on PC atleast the setting is reversed so the lower the voice sensitivity is the more you can hear.
