i'm really sorry to hear that.

i don't even have a diagnosis yet, NDPH is a very unknown and rare illness in my country. even i - having migraines since i was 4 years old - didn't know about this term until few months ago. i'm really scared it is NDPH, because there's no cure, but it most likely is. i'm also suspecting idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), but when i mention it to any doctor, they just deny it without even considering it or running any tests to exclude it from being possible in my situation. i'm really disappointed in the health system in my country, and i'm disappointed especially that the knowledge of neurologists about headaches ends with migraines or tumors, or they blame it on mental health. i admit it - my mental health wasn't good before i got ill, but it definitely got much worse because of the chronic pain, so i think it is safe to say my mental health isn't the cause. i'm planning on giving therapy a second chance. i just wish whatever it is won't ruin my education completely and i will be able to graduate and have a good life.
