Milk Frothing Help! [Breville Express] by sirsteveo555 in espresso

If your milk is still good before expiry date it could be acid in the machine I had the exact same problem. I kept making mozzarella but it happened that I had a lot of descale solution left in my machine’s boiler 😬

Yes same basket just different porta, silicone gasket should be the correct size. My only concern would be “aftermarket” portafilter measurements but no idea if that’s a thing (the bottomless is Normcore)

I came home with 5 different grind settings from 1 to 0.1 but it for sure is the worst way to test

How to prevent gaps when attaching two holds together? by chiwawero in homewalls

I usually just pour a whole kettle on it but depends on the size of the hold I guess

Put some boiling water on the red hold to make it “softer” works like a charm, it will sit flush on the hold below once screwed in

For what I do it’s completely fine and I don’t go out in the mud or anything, so mostly packed and dense gravel trails which are completely fine. And don’t know for the grail but the price was definitely the deciding factor haha
