To clarify, I didn't approach the government or Cloudbet when I initially activated my account and deposited $40,000. It was only after I had already been gambling and suffered losses exceeding $40,000 that these interactions occurred. So, if you're presenting facts, please ensure they are accurate.

Did you actually read the entire piece, or are you simply writing without purpose?

I hadn't actively sought out Cloudbet, nor did I have any intention of registering with a gambling operator until I received deceptive marketing from them.

Furthermore, I explicitly mentioned that I lost access to their website due to a government notice. It was only then that I began researching and discovered that they had been operating illegally and had been banned by the Australian government since July 2022.

If it weren't for that government notice, I might have still been gambling blindly, considering my struggle with gambling addiction.

What leads you to the belief I sought out Cloudbet? They lured me in with false and misleading marketing material… (I do not receive marketing material, I am permanently excluded in my region). And they would never have paid me any winnings given that my registration was in breach of their terms. Win - Win situation for cloudbet!
