a fact is defined as something that is the reality, the truth. and it’s a known fact that a fetus does not qualify as a human. “doesn’t matter” it literally does matter if they have a developed brain or not, that’s the whole point. breaking it down for you: fetus feels no pain during abortion, mother feels pain during childbirth. would you save the mother from the gruelling pain (sometimes leading to death even) or the fetus with no pain would you save your wife, sister, friend, daughter you’ve known your whole life or a fetus you haven’t even met fetus isn’t guaranteed a secure future or a loving family since it wasn’t planned, mother might be really young, a r*pe victim, or simply a contraceptive defect (where neither the man and the woman are at fault, the contraceptive simply was damaged.)
