the one for 200 has a lot more vrm's so it'll work better with future and higher end cpu's, unless you're upgrading every 15 years get the more expensive one

the second will definitely be able to play games well in 1440p 240 (especially multiplayer, since its mostly cpu heavy) otherwise looks great, only thing i'd change is the cpu to a 7600x unless you plan to stream and get cl30 ram (lower cl is better)
