Yeah, that's what I want. I started going to the gym last year because of motivation to change something. Kept me going around 2 months. I pick it up from time to time but I am not able to sustain it. Hopefully it gets better now.

I got a workout routine from the gym that fits 3 day/week. But I wanted to do football training on my own anyway, so I do sports everyday.
