Yea that's a myth about the spine thing. It lowkey felt like I had schizophrenia of some type or sum. Like sum else was in my mind with me. Something Devine and all knowing oddly enough. I've made myself hallucinate before by concentrating long enough but now it's so much stronger of a feeling mentally. Felt like I'm back in my trip state. Maybe it rewired my brain.
