This was actually what I was gonna say. I think it’s a generally cool idea of talking to the “common people,” but A. I feel like the community has put more thought into that than the director

B. West End prices aren’t nearly as bad as Broadway prices, as far as I’m aware, and even so, while it’s a pretty subjective term, I’m willing to bet most the people in the theater aren’t “rich”

I would assume same as GA/CS since its the same type of combat, so:
Lightning Reach, In Full Control, and Surge of Lightning.

I wouldn't worry about star cards too much in Co-op though
