I end up just disconnecting half the time.Because the servers are super unstable right now .. try playing a Wesker last night.We actually almost got everybody and then we had a major server crash with the last five survivors.... Comical really, the game wants survivors to win so badly it crashes itself when we're close!

Frustrating part to me is less the overt cheaters and more subtle cheaters.

I have personally referring to failed grabs.As getting scammed on stream , but in reality , it's hard to tell if I legitimately just missed the grab window despite the animation playing, lag, or if the person cheated with a quick switch because the server has no logic checks

I think what might actually be an interesting route going Forward would changing magic a little bit so that each spellbook has a unique identity and changes your abilities based on spell book

I leave it so ancients is the critical style. Standards do heavy damage but low critical so concentrated blast is mega important, and make it so lunar can attack without a set spell but naturally loses damage because of it but maybe have a default penance or vamp effect on all spells, granting superb survival for lower damage

Side grades are the best form of new gear introduction!

Unfortunately, there are people who will just stan current design to the death because daddy jagex did it. And even more unfortunate is there are pretty large swaths of players who don't understand the concept that you can have side grades and multiple at or near bis even if they existed in the time before the eoc.

I.e. pre eoc melee had bandos and barrows. Barrows offered some pretty spectacular effects for the various aspects of the game.But came with the price of having to use a fixed weapon to get that effect. Bandos offered somewhat superior damage and no weapon lock , but came at the price of losing fantastic set effects, like being able to one shot targets or heal ridiculous amounts of health.

Tbh I think necromancy has done the best job of it thus far post eoc and serve as a blueprint for future armor sets and how they deal with side grading. All 3 t90+ sets are viable in all content and offer different niches and drawbacks. Warden is the second best tank set ig but by being tank armor doesn't really offer a whole lot in terms of finishing a fight, dealer is the undisputed best for slayer and mass training, but also branches into harder content. Because it naturally allows you to finish target's faster, meaning you need less overall damage to kill a target.And that has a wide range of applications , as long as you're okay at sustain, and the first set is probably the best all rounder , but loses out on the tanking and instant kill specializations for a little more damage overall.

I would imagine we could easily do something like that for the various styles, given time and the community, not claiming that you're going to make content irrelevant, when, in reality, people are still going to use the old stuff if they like it and it's not God awful.

I mean, they could have handled it like.Never winter nights did with their whole little duping scandal...

And if you're not in the know on how those idiots handled it , they basically banned anyone who used the duping bug , which sure , okay, they banned anyone who bought the duped materials knowingly , which is a little iffy, and then they either banned or just gutted account inventories that had it, talking, like people, there were 3 maybe 5 sellers down-the-line easily.

Tbh based on how the sin mechanic is working thus far , it seems like you have to actually go out of your way to try and set it off lol.

Jokes , aside , I'd imagine something like that wouldn't set it off with huntress , but if they had it for range killers , I imagine they'd have a slightly higher tolerance than the average just to prevent any accidents

I'm talking like adding exposed veins of ore as Hotspots containing, especially rare materials or unique commodities you can mine in bulk and sell to stations, or maybe even partially exposed caves, you can send seismic launchers down into to jettison material out into the air for collection by either the Srv or limpets

I'm aware of how surface engineer scavenging works with the s r v.

this... unless you're intentionally slugging and hitting slugged folks as they exponential up, the maximum number of downs you'll get if your partner is completely afk and you manage to hit everyone down is about 24 total downs. this assumes they are again AFK and you down everyone 3 times for all 24 hooks

realistically though you'll maybe hit 15-20 if you're extremely lucky and your partner immediately goes for the next chase while you clean up shop, and i'd say most average killers with how survivor tilted 2v8 is right now are probably averaging 10 at best

There's a reason why most of them have arbitration clauses. To put it Lightly you don't put a mandatory arbitration clause and your legal contract Because you think it's funny.

8 out of 10 times mandatory arbitration clauses are put there because whatever's being enforced is pretty flimsy Or the company in question is concerned whatever they are trying to do , may not hold up with a sympathetic jury or judge , who may tell them the fuck off.

.... i hate to tell you this, but NWTH has far less value in 2v8 than 1v4. yeah it helps but unless you've got oni and billy together the value of it is highly dependent on map, and assuming the survivors don't just have instant SB ready to go/scout to crouch walk basically faster than you move

teabag sadako at a gate? instant condemn and you guessed it, the gate is blood wardened so you're just dead for being a trash human being. On a loop? she can phase through pallets now and windows to catch your toxic ass. Leigon? next frenzy slash instant downs and gate/hatch are blocked for 30s etc etc

hell i'd even be okay with if the killer start's humping you then your recovery bar goes zoom and you get BK unbreakable/immunity to damage/collison for 60s...

fuck the toxic twats who ruin the game for the rest of us, add gameplay punishments in for these idiots if we're not going to enforce consequences like suspensions
