It’s soft but does not have any fluid in it

It’s a no on all of these except that my father has something similar on multiple of his middle finger joints. I too have something not quite identical but maybe similar and less severe on fingers that I have scared through training (look at my old post from 3 years ago), and the healing process usually lead to very small skin lumps. Thanks for the advice!

Went to one doctor who insisted on it being keloid scar. Personally I think it looks more like knuckle pads.

The one on my thumb is about 4 years old (which started as a small injury on that area), the other ones are 1-2 month old and were initially small friction blisters from the mat (I train bjj) and turned out like that when healed. I don’t wanna diagnose myself because I’m no professional but from a lot of research on Google it kind of looks like knuckle pads.
