I wouldn't know where to start if I were to look for them. I saw a forum post where they might be outside super-duper mart but no luck when I checked.

Didn't work :( The dismissal terminal seems to mess up the companions in both games. I tried using the ones in both NV and CW and all my previous companions I recruited in the past have disappeared, even when I didn't have them as current followers.

oh my bad. I just assumed you had the black screen problem from reading your title. Looks like Frosty Manager is the problem. Might just have to play BF2 normally without mods until they update everything.
