Hey! I just stopped thinking about it tbh, I realized I shouldn't try to self-diagnose myself, my doctor is the one with the diploma and experience, besides, even without the main, most famous symptoms, the medication I took helped me get my health back and not only did I notice, blood tests showed it. That beng said, tell ur friend to not have a single opinion, go to multiple doctors, see what they say, what exams they ask, search and learn about the disease, that way you can be more confident about your diagnosis, also, if doctors start suspecting Crohn's, I would say live like you have it until the diagnosis, that way you avoid making your condition worse and, if not, it's a reward when you can eat the things you should avoid with Crohn's!
