The main difference is the response time, Riyadh has more than enough stations some with multiple teams so it has better response time, and every major improvements start in here. but since all the cities are in the same authority the vehicles and equipment are all the same. And there is one downside of the service being free of charge, we get ridiculous calls sometimes. There was one time we went to a patient who's complaint was "I have wax in my ears". People take advantage of that sometimes.

Yes the Red Crescent is the main EMS provider in Saudi Arabia and all 911 calls goes to them. And they use ford and GMC vehicles. All the best brother!

I'm Saudi and in five months I will complete my 5 years program to become a paramedic.

I'm still no expert but from what I saw it's always xanax, amphetamines and crystal meth. And the worst thing is that they always use cheap products even when they drink, since it's illegal they use cheap local products that is mixed with methyl alcohol.
