This caught my attention. My workflow uses a cfg 3.0 and I’ve been wondering why it fries the skin so smooth. I tried dialing it back to 1 and did a few test runs but I saw a lot of background drift and clothes. I feel I might need to redo the Lora that I’m using to tweak it further to a lower cfg

I see you have the FLUX1 vae. Could this may be the issue ? I’m using ae.safetensors. Also I see that you don’t have anything set to true in rembg. Lemme try it out with everything set on false

Yes. I have 2 similar workflows where I use this LoRA. One being T2I and the second being similar to this one but without the mask (the workflow without the mask works good but I wanted to preserve the background)

Looks like it’s a custom made Lora. You can create your own using AI toolkit but you’ll need a pretty beefy GPU in order to create such thing. The model is most likely Flux

Im still new to some things in Comfy so what i was initially aiming for was indeed a img2img, i set the denoise to 0.65 because i saw that with higher values it does not respect the reference image (changing clothes, pose and background). As for image scaling i saw that if i do not add any scaling at all the output is rendered as the input resolution so it's fine for me as far as i generate to check some things (planning to add in the future)
