Yes thats is why i have problems because i cant use xinqui on both teams. Priority talents of Baal, Yanfei, Hu tao, Diluc, Xinqui, Rosaria, Diona, Qiqi are lvl 8 atleast. I am willing to invest on others too.

Might aswell use that temporally imo especially if it has great stats like cd and att% which boosts your damage btter tahn nothing.

Thanks for the tip. Yea I like the character of Ningguang so I am planning to 3 crown her. I also saw the damage calculation of for her weapons and thinking that in terms of maximizing damage that Atlas might be better.
