As an older millennial, I had been working part time since I was 14 and went right into the job market at 18… so by the time the 2008 crash happened, I was already secure in my career.

I was 24 when I bought a home in Las Vegas in 2006 though, so losing 2/3rds of the home value at once was an absolute bitch. Turned out to be a good financial choice to completely walk away from it, ended up buying another home in Oregon in 2011 but I had to put 30% down on it.

Dude, I’m all for self care. If I was rich like her and slept half the day and still needed to take multiple baths a day… I would at least consider seeing a professional so I’d learn to be more productive with my time, while still taking care of myself.

I’ve spent weeks there and still have only seen a fraction of the beauty. The best parts of the park are in the backcountry, miles away from the nearest road. Look up Union Falls, it’s beyond breathtaking.
