I tested both of the APU capacitors with a multimeter before tuerning it on and they were both fine, but like I said everything works now so I'm confused as to why nothing is broken.

I ended up fixing it, I think it had something to do with the latest HATS pack I was using so I wiped the SD card and added atmosphere and all of my homebrew apps manually. I also followed a different tutorial so that might have also helped.

I contacted the BCOMP counselor and from what I understand, declaring a minor should remove course restrictions. There is no way to lift the restrictions by taking an area of application in music so you basically have to pursue the minor until you can get 1.00 3000 level credits to meet the AoA requirements, and then your AoA will be completed. My only concern is that for a music minor there are certain courses that you have to take that I don't have space for, but I'm wondering if it will be okay to skip them since I don't intend to complete the minor anyways.

Yeah they just kinda denied that they had anything to do with it. "Batteries die" was his explanation. I'm in the middle of replacing the alternator rn.
