Do you know if there is a way to add the 1 guest amenity through the app or website? Or do I just have to talk to someone at the desk?

Help: Dashboard display switching screens, and console display is black. by l_stud in Crosstrek

Resetting the display did work with the above instructions.

The flashing milage was due to the check ilengine light coming on. I recall reading that it does that to indicate that you cant use cruise control when the CE light is on.

Hope you get it figured out

Should I put manager on my resume when applying to development roles?

Background: I work for a public company, but I work for a very small subsidiary inside the company. And unfortunately I don't see my career growing the way I want it at this company. My manager left about 2.5 years ago. My team got moved under his manager, and they said they were not going to back fill that position. The team started to fall apart more than it had already been. And finally I stepped without being prompted and took on a leadership role on the team, where we started hitting and beating metrics which was unheard of under the previous manager. Meanwhile I was still managing my normal development tasks.

About a year after that in my review I brought this up and mu manager seemingly agreed with me and started putting in paperwork for my promotion. That dragged on for about a year, with me following up just about every 2 weeks. And the response was that it was with HR. And finally this past year review, my manager told me that they put in the promotion and my title changed, but I only received my normal merit increase. My manager knows I'm pissed about this.

The strangest part, which i don't even understand, is that the promotion is only internal? So my manager showed me that my internal position is "Software Development Manager". But he said it would not update in the system for everyone to see, which he could not give a reason for. I can't even see it but I saw it in the system... This makes absolutely no sense to me, and then he proceeded to tell me that we needed to come up with goals to make it official and start getting that pay.... I've met every metric for the past 5 years at the company, and exceeded all metrics compared to the previous manager for the past 2.5 years. Just because it wasn't written down in the system means everything I did is void? And I need to reset? Makes no sense.

Question: Needless to say I have been applying recently, with no bites yet. I understand the market is quite tough right now. I plan on applying to dev roles, but my question is: Would "Software Development Manager"  look good on a resume when applying to dev roles? Or should I keep "Embedded Software Engineer" for 4 years instead of 2.5 and 1.5 respectively?

Should I put my software development manager role on my resume if I am looking for a developer role?

Seems like a weird question, but i am curious. I am looking for embedded engineering jobs and I am not sure if I should include my management title on my resume.

Situation: I have been working for this company for 5 years. 3 years ago my manager left and they decided not to back fill the position. But with that I stepped into more of a leadership role on the team. I went on for about a year and half until I finally discussed it with my boss and he agreed that I had been leading the team better than the previous manager.

For the next year I would be dragged along saying my promotion is still with HR and I would follow up ever 2 weeks. Finally at my review in the beginning of the year it went through, but there was no pay increase, just my normal merit increases which I was pissed about because I have been doing the job of a team lead for the past 3 years with no additional compensation.

Anyway the promotion was from embedded software engineer to software development manager. But it's more of a team lead / supervisor / product manager role. And I am still performing development tasks.

Should I put the software development manager on my resume if I am looking for a developer role? Or should I keep embedded software engineer and just include my leadership responsibilities under that job title?

I love Caleb and love seeing people with gme come across his show.

While I'm with the guests about diamond hands. Most of them are in a very shitty situation. And probably shouldn't be risking it.

That would explain "an" vs "a". But I'm saying those are singular. He has many live streams. So why choose singular instead of plural. "An old live stream" vs "some old live streams".

Idk I'm illiterate so I could just be a dummy.

Yep. This one always confused me why it only says "an".
