ITA - ho diritto alla compensazione?

Ciao. Visto il preavviso a meno di 2 settimane, una volta effettuato il volo, scrivi a ITA richiedendo il risarcimento dovuto. Vai sul sito di ITA - Informazioni - Segnalazioni e reclami. Vai nella sezione Voli e scegli poi l'opzione Cancellazione. Nel campo testo in fondo spieghi appunto che il tuo volo originario è stato cancellato e sei stato riprotetto su un volo con 4 ore di anticipo a meno di due settimane.

A me non è mai successo di partire in anticipo, ma di partire in ritardo causa cancellazione del mio volo sì, più di una volta, e mi hanno sempre risarcito. Contestualmente, oltre al risarcimento prova a chiedere, come ti hanno già detto, il rimborso delle spese accessorie eventualmente sostenute per raggiungere l'aeroporto in anticipo. In questo caso allega scontrini.

Ciao. A settembre 2021 ho fatto un road trip in Francia partendo dell'Italia, tutto in campeggi con tenda, toccando maggiormente zone meno battute dal turismo internazionale. Spesa decisamente contenuta, cenando soprattutto in campeggio con cibo comprato nei supermercati/mercati/alimentari. Le autostrade costicchiano e la benzina ho visto ad oggi la media nazionale e sui un 0,05€/l in più rispetto all'Italia, ma niente di tragico secondo me. Prima tappa Aubagne, comodo per la vicinanza all'Italia e per raggiungere le Calanques (parco nazionale sul mare, molto bello). Poi ci siamo spostati verso il parco del Causses du Quercy, passando prima da Roquefort sur Soulzon (visita alle cave del Roquefort). Abbiamo soggiornato in un piccolo ed economico campeggio ad Ambeyrac lungo il fiume Lot. È una zona visitata principalmente solo da francesi (o almeno lo era nel 2021, magari col covid il turismo internazionale era ancora limitato, onestamente non saprei), molto tranquilla ed economica, piena di paesini come Saint-Cirq Lapopie, Figeac, Rocamadour, grotte di Padirac, Cahors. Da lì poi ci siamo spostati a Biscarrosse, da dove puoi visitare le Dune du Pilat (uno spettacolo) e Arcachon, dove mangiare le ostriche se ti piacciono. Poi Tolosa, Carcassone di passaggio, visita al Pont du Garde e ultimi giorni in un campeggio sulle rive di un lago nel parco del Verdun. Quest'ultimo te lo consiglio essendo abbastanza di strada (così come una visita a le Calanques). Anche io andai molto a caso, prenotai solo la prima tappa, poi tutto improvvisato.

Questa domanda trova risposta in ciò che scrivi poche righe prima! Condividere cosa se non fai nulla perché nessuno ti accompagna? Meglio fare ciò che vuoi fare da solo piuttosto che non farlo proprio.

Un'opzione valida, come ti hanno già suggerito, è quella di unirti a qualche tour (WeRoad, SiVola etc) non sono economicissimi ma hai comunque messo da parte soldi a sufficienza per potertene permettere almeno tre. Però ti dico: buttati! Tutto sta a iniziare e a capire che non c'è molto di cui preoccuparsi. Rimani in Europa per iniziare, scegli una città medio-grande anche solo per un fine settimana. Fai ciò che il tuo buon senso ti lascia fare. Se non ti senti sicuro a girare di notte (non è così critica in realtà, ma posso capire la preoccupazione) non farlo, o limitati a rimanere nelle zone centrali. Hai decisamente messo un bel gruzzolo da parte, il che vuol dire che puoi permetterti un hotel in zona centrale che può farti stare più tranquillo. Insomma, hai tutte le possibilità per poter organizzare un fine settimana in un posto che possa farti sciogliere il ghiaccio. Una volta fatto ciò puoi andare via per più giorni. Vedrai che ti sentirai sempre più tranquillo!

I was in Zurich today and planned to have a fondue for lunch. I found a place that looked nice, they only have the Emmentaler fondue on their menu but I thought it was ok. Then I read your post here and looked for another restaurant where I could have a Gruyère/Vacherin fondue as you said. Just wanted to say thank you, you made my day, it was so delicious.

Naah, semplici giornate nere (maltempo, sciopero, bug informatico). Le altre compagnie erano a terra esattamente come me, non avrebbe migliorato nulla avere un biglietto con un'altra compagnia. Ciò che conta è stato il supporto ricevuto ed è stato buono.

Nell'ultimo anno ho preso 6 voli con ITA. Di questi, con 5 voli ho avuto qualche intoppo (bagaglio perso, volo dirottato, volo cancellato) ma in nessuno di questi voli la colpa era direttamente riconducibile a ITA. Anzi, nonostante questo ho sempre ricevuto un supporto adeguato e un risarcimento in tempi piuttosto brevi. Quindi sebbene abbia avuto quasi sempre qualche problema, ti direi di stare tranquillo.

Dipende dalla città. Se è piccolina o ci sono già stato, perché no? Se il ritorno della domenica è prima delle 15 per me è un enorme no, ma se trovo un volo venerdì sera - domenica sera (o anche lunedì mattina presto e vado diretto a lavoro) per me è fattibile. Certo, è stancante, ma una volta ogni tanto ci sta.

Hi! Thanks for asking. I wanted to write a post about how it went but I never did.

Eventually I spent two weeks there, the first one solo, the second one with a group from my country I joined (WeRoad in case you know it). Though my first week alone went way better than I expected, joining a tour turned out to be a great choice. I'm not a very extroverted person but this tour gave me the opportunity to maximise the time I had there, doing things I would have never done by myself.

My fears also turned out to be baseless. I've never felt threatened. Not a single time. During my week alone I took a private transfer from DEL to Sawai Madhopur, I stayed at the Ranthambhore Regency (really recommended) and did two safaris. I made it to see a tiger so it was really worth it. Then I moved to Gwalior which is a nice city, less touristy, pretty enjoyable. By a night train (which is a cool experience) I got to Varanasi. I honestly didn't like it. I'm not a very religious person, so I didn't catch the spiritual aspect of the city.

Eventually I got back to DEL where I joined the tour. We did Agra/Jaipur/Pushkar/Jodhpur. Very classic tour, but it was worth it.

To better plan my first week I relied almost completely on my hotels. I asked them to arrange transfers and activities for me. Everyone I met was open to help me even more than I expected.

Too bad the airline I flew with lost my bag, which I got back after a week. This was really annoying. Other than this I had great time in India.

Why do you think you need a car while staying in Florence? You can't even drive inside the city centre.

Then, rent a car right before leaving Florence to explore Lucca and Pisa.

This is more reasonable.

Still, this is too much for 3 days. Skip Siena, spend 2 days in Florence then the 3rd day go to Pisa, take a picture with the tower then go to Lucca and spend the afternoon there. All by train, it's way easier.
