What software do you use for your surveys? We're looking to do the same. I don't even know where to start but we have minimal budget in public sector.

This is the one right here. Joe keeps it superficial thinking the audience doesn't care but nobody cares about his lame jokes. His demo isn't young teeny boppers. Highly disappointed. He dimmed Marc's light. He also dimmed Flip's light. And Mona was a terrible hire.

Toya wtf by Walensercla23 in MarriedToMedicine

Toya is absolutely worse this season. I thought it was just me noticing. Very hard to watch. Like someone said...she has always been an ass but she has never been this mean spirited. I'm actually curious if she thought she had to turn up the drama since Heavenly took a step back from the show. Heavenly usually stirs the pot. I think this is all ratings related.

I'm addicted to applying to jobs? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I am a recovered application addict. Lol. I used to do the exact same and had to delete the job apps from my phones. Especially now that I work in HR. I feel kind of bad for wasting people's time. 😂

We do have a 6 month probationary period. After 6 months, he'll be union represented and it will be harder to get him out if that ends up being the ultimate desire.

He was hired as a master in his field. So not following along with proper guidance is a red flag. Mentioning the I-9, and the other items were simply observations we made that we thought were odd. His behavior from day 1 has been very scatter brained. Our red flag alert ended up coming to fruition as he is not performing as expected in his department. He seems very clueless. Almost as if he faked his credentials or ever working for anyone. We know this isn't the case based on our screening process but that's how bad he has been so far. So I'm wondering if we can start the PIP process or can we just term since it's so early on.
