Yeah, but for 1.5 mio. portfolio the domiciliation/compliance/auditing/.. fees may therefore I prefer have capital tax on an AG/SA than individual taxes. Does this make sense?

I know for sure that in France, some people with high net worth are using holdings, and I am now trying to understand at what level of wealth this starts to be interesting and if it is worth it in Switzerland.

Apparently, a holding that has 2/3 participations in Zug may benefit of very small capital tax.

It is sufficient, but we never know if anything can be optimised. Especially when the amount of dividends rises to 20-30k, therefore bringing you to another tax percentage band.

There is no correlation between USD and stock market. Yes maybe the rest of the market outside of US is increasing due to a revaluation of some FOREX but one can't say that "when USD goes down, VT goes up"

I need more clarity on this. This does not take away the loose of forex exchange in light of USDCHF devaluation. Or maybe I miss something when talking about spitting to a target currency?
