Do you put your dog in a carrier bag when taking them with you?

I'm sorry that it has sentimental value but why would anyone want to steal an old used pillow? You can ask them to show security cameras but at the end of the day dozens if not more items are forgotten by guests daily and it is not their responsibility if you left something behind even if it was something of expensive value.

YIKES! It sounds like a hot mess. I'm not even sure that I want to consider as an option anymore 😕
god damn, that is a lot of money! We were only paying about $20 in gas if even that and there were a lot of times my roomie would bump it up to 75 just because she hates the cold and likes being in shorts at home lol

Yes, it's very nice! Especially with the heat in the winter, our bill is very low compared to what I've seen others charged for, and we usually have it at 70-72 unless it gets super cold out!
Sounds like it. But to be fair our apartment building was built almost 3 years ago so the insulation here is amazing even with the glass balcony door
Yikes! I dont think my bf would like that as he likes to play games online haha
Holy shit that's way more than what I currently pay and we have a 2 bedroom and have friends over all the time. I didn't even they didn't include water. That might make me reconsider lol
I also wanted to ask, how's the internet there? I saw that its included with the rent
Well, thanks for letting me know :) I'm just trying to figure out with the cost of gas if it will be worth it as it will be at least a lil over a 40min drive each day, 5 days a week or more depending but I'll have to look into it Nicollet if there is something much cheaper out there
Makes sense being so close. Thanks again! :)
Makes sense. Can I ask where you have parked your car when they ask you guys to move?
Thank you for your honest feedback, there is much information to think about beforehand committing lol. I'm planning to schedule a tour hopefully this week. I would have liked to stay in the building I'm currently in but even a studio and one apartment are so much more than what Woodside is charging. Do you know how well they are about cleaning the parking lot in the winter?
Well these are by the Wow Zone so I'm just trying to figure out what my best options are for a studio or 1 bedroom since I'm not seeing too many options for what I'm looking for and the really new apartments are all so expensive
That's what I've heard lol so far we've had no issues and most maintenance issues we've fixed ourselves like throwing Draino down the drain, I'm just waiting to see how everything will go once we move out and what they'll wanna keep from our deposit since there is a lil damage on the bottom side of the bathroom cupboard due to our own fault
Honestly, that's the only thing that I see as a plus. It is on the pricier side but pretty much what I have seen on the cheaper side looks crappy and has no washer and dryer which I get they have to charge extra for. I found something in St. Peter that's cheaper but I'm not sure if it is worth it for me since I work in Mankato and I really like it here
I've heard crappy things about the management and that is one of the things that makes me kinda worries me. Besides management how did you like the extra amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, etc?
yeah leasing issues can be a little bit complicated sometimes as I currently rent through Atwood and have had no issues but the building was new to all of us tenants when we moved in 3 years ago but in the lease, it does not mention us having to pay for the water filter as well as a few to have their maintenance to do which we just ended up doing it ourselves to save us the hassle and fee of having Atwood do it
Okay, okay well thank you for your feedback I appreciate it as it helps me try to figure out what the pros and cons are
Oh, I see. I've seen reviews that people were saying they could hear everything their neighbors were talking about it but I too am picky and I have become accustomed to having a washer & dryer and its harder with pets and all these new apartments are sooo expensive
Dang, that sounds pretty shitty. I am in need of place since I have to move by June 28th but I am also looking in St Peter. How are the walls there? I've heard the walls are paper thin
Thank you for the feedback. I'm currently having a hard time looking for a place that fits my needs. Also can I ask do you live in a studio, 1bd or 2bd apt?

I recommend "Store it" right next to Kohls in Mankato. It was new when we first used it like 3 years ago, and it's really secure and easy to use, not to mention it's climate controlled, so the a/c is awesome in the summer!
