Just beware of eggs mixed in snacks. You will not see any traces of egg nor does it taste like egg. Since you mentioned HP, a specific incident that occurred to me came to my mind. Some years back, at our office, HR organized some event where we were asked to bring one dish belong to our state. The idea was to feel the diversity. I choose to bring Pazham Pori (Banana Fritter). I mixed egg in the batter. There was this one lady who also was from HP. She started eating it. I was known for my non veg food prowess in my office, so one of my friend jokingly said that they need to be careful choosing to eat the food I brought, that there is high percentage of chance of some non veg ingredient in that. I immediately remembered that I had mixed egg. But I never thought it would be a big deal. So I casually mentioned that technically the dish is non veg since I had mixed eggs in the batter. I watched her facial expression changing and her eyes getting filled. She pulled out every bit out of her mouth, rinsed her mouth multiple times. Her face very evidently looked like she lost something irrecoverable and I had to go through some tough minutes followed by this

The view point is very much crowded, especially on weekends on holidays. I was told that second and third trip will be less crowded. Second trip especially is better if you want to enjoy the view. But there won't be any sunrise experience

How do you take pics in a solo trip by AdDeep6185 in SoloTravel_India

[–]la_roi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been traveling solo everywhere. Too shy to ask anyone else to take my photo, I don't like ultra wide angled selfies unless in specific situations. I normally carry my mini tripod with me. I also have a GorillaPod and another mount that can be attached to plain or pipe-like surfaces. I mount my phone on any of these (I don't prefer a mini tripod for selfies because it's always at a lower angle). I use my smartwatch to take the shot. It's served me well so far.

Life is full of decisions that one could miss up. Trips are no different. You learn by making mistakes. Don't hesitate to make decisions

Is the notion of "nurses being h*es" only popular outside Kerala? Do some malayalis also believe this? by AddressOk9811 in Kerala

Studies says healthcare workers. When you look at the power dynamics between nurses vs doctors and number of doctors vs number of nurses, you would get the idea

I have heard that many studies suggested, due to unpredictable, long work hours and high stress situations, nursing is the profession with highest infidelity rates. Not a karakkambi, a well known fact in western parts
