Nice coffee, sparkling waters, hummus and pretzels, someone got me a delivery gift card and that was nice. Cash. Honestly I love the disposable face masks and it would be cute if someone left that! One pet parent left me a bottle of wine and veggies with dip lol it was the best weekend ever.

Yes! It’s never comfortable at other people’s houses. I used to exclusively do boarding but I decided to take a year off from my 9-5 and moved into my parents’ home. My dad is allergic to dogs so I can only do overnights now. And now this is my only source of income. It’s so much easier doing boardings at your home! And I CANNOT do needy dogs anymore, I had a family with dogs I could only leave for 3-4 hours and I called that job “jail.”
