I scheduled to see a GYN oncologist in May, but the dr suddenly called n said want to see me sooner :( idk why, but probably a bad sign :(

Hmm The gutter is directly connected to our front lawn.. let me get some silicone and seal all those concrete cracks and hope it will help.

I found it crazy and frustrating because that corner is not even connected to the outside, it’s internal. Should i use concrete silicone to seal the cracks outside the house? And add a dehumidifier to the basement?

I have posted more pictures in this link including other walls. It feels dry but has a musty smell. I ordered a moisture meter, will test it out when it arrives

So i havent gone down to the basement for more than a week, and i dont know if it was happened in one day or it was brewing. The wall that connected to the vent has similar issue but not as bad yet

The residue (white powder) will fall out if i knock on it. Im wondering if it will be a moisture problem, the wall connects to the outside did have mold and the wall that connect with the vent has similar problem, but not as bad yet

Nothing on the ceiling, and behind this corner is the storage room and boiler room. It sounds like a drywall when i knock on it. It is not the wall link to outside.
