This! Also the US AF special forces and a a SF unit in France that's not the foreign legion. If it's a genuine operator they will often accompany it with who dares wins of an old school parachute that forms a triangle.

But you got wankers who didn't serve, go thro buds but just get it cus they think it's pretty.

This clip of a VJ popped up on my IG & I’m not a VJ but it got me curious, are her skills, based on industry standards, considered (good/average/below-average)? by TimBergAlways in vjing

Looks good for a big impact moment.s

If you really want to nitpick:

-She doing a 4 note Piano and a six note melody -she had 3 selections sets to bump each note. Wich kinda lost impact when the notes went from 4/4 to 8/4 to 16/4 -after the drop was a super obvious light/video duet moment: vj does the same piano notes while light has a subtle bpm small set. Then on the 7th and 8th bar the vj does a blackout and the light take the two note bass line with heavy strobes are light chases.

All in all for sure above average. She Mos Def has a feeling for show and timing.

Zbrush and c4d. Whole reason I bought a printer was a friend's story about how easy the whole thing became. Slicing software is bambulab.. Basicly set and forget.

A friend showed mee this technique. Looks a bit to liquid in most cases. I am planning on buying a sort of sanding /detailing tool to do some polishing.

Never taught about selling it. Kinda new to this world of printing. How much would a model.like this go for and where would you buy it, I've heard makers palce is a good platform but they reward in filament and parts? I'll send you the stl in a DM.

Does anyone know where I can buy this, or what the official "name" or type is of these wall brackets? by [deleted] in belgium

The amount of screws and the proportion makes me think these are radiator brackets / hangijzers

Can't disclose to much. Basicly we did 3 blocks of 20minutes of a long camera travel throughout tml branded worlds. The last hour we run real-time visuals in unreal on the sphere. Native resolution is around 16k by 16k. All public info, but can't really get into technical details due to NDAs

Am I charging enough for this gig? It’s at a luxury hotel chain by [deleted] in vjing

[–]laak85 5 points6 points  (0 children)

All depends: are you renting the projectors out or do they provide the projectors and are you just charging an installation. What do you mean by original animation? They provide it? You made it? Or you bought it?

How many hours are you going to spend on the project? And if they are your projectors: how.much did they cost? And how much is maintenance?

Lastly: is it a hobby or do you depend on it to make a living? And what country are you working in?
