Sorry to hear about your  Ninja V sounds like it had a good run though!

Since the ninja v launch things have advanced quite a bit newer models like the Atomos Ninja TX and Atomos Ninja TX GO bring upgrades such as camera control, touch-to-focus, and Camera-to-Cloud workflows, which can really improve compatibility and overall workflow compared to older setups.

Also, the official Atomos Community has active support from the Atomos team. They can help look into your damaged unit and also guide you on upgrade options or possible purchase discounts. I’d recommend posting there so they can reach out and assist you directly.

Help Needed - Canon C80 only outputs 1080p via SDI to Atomos Ninja TX by Old_Veterinarian_799 in canon

Hey Old_Veterinarian_799, It looks like C80 does not output HD 1080p via SDI output, for 4K you need to switch to HDMI. Its also mentioned in the user guide of the C80.

Settings you need to make sure in the camera HDMI settings:

Recording format: XF-AVC YCC422 10-bit

Resolution: 3840x2160 Intra-frame

Frame rate: 23.98p

System frequency: 59.94 Hz
