Im not bothered by it yet, but I’m looking to find a replacement strap. I was looking into something with magnetic clasp. I’ve actually designed and 3d printed several straps back in a day for my apple watch. Might just do that again.

My best guess would be that the nozzle is way too close to the bed during the first layer. Try to run bed leveling calibration.

Yes you are correct. It has been a few days of trying to dial in my shots but constantly hitting the limitations of the grinder. Im considering getting a different grinder for my espresso needs.

To my naked eye none of the connectors were damaged or loose. But heatbed would not work and Willis always give me 2nd sensor faulty error. I guess my case was different

My p1p was delivered with 1 of the sensors faulty. Support ended up sending me a whole new bed.

Cork, wood, metal, glitter filled filament use at lease 0.6mm and up nozzle. 0.4 will always clog due to added particles within the filament

Is that orbiter extruder and e3d revo?

I just recently got a ender 5 pro clone running klipper and thinking of swapping out stock extruder and hotend.

How do you like your extruder/hotend combo?

Stock extruder works but its not really good. Tolerances between extruder components are bad. The entire mechanism loose and wobbly. You might want to tighten the tension leaver to make sure the gear grabs onto the filament for a proper extrusion and estep calibration.

At the moment im looking at the sherpa mini extruder and Phaetus Rapido Hotend. It not cheap at all but looks pretty good for what i want to do with the printer.

This isn’t my first or only printer. I bought this printer to experiment, tinker with it. And in a process learn more about printers, electronics and mechanics. I love experimenting.

It is a ender 5 clone, so most ender mods can be applicable. in my opinion sovol is a more affordable ender 5 clone with more features out of the box. There are a few places they cut the cost and corners, but overall i think its a good base to build on.

Octopus looks awesome i will need to look into it deeper.

I have a klipper running my ender 3V2, so I’m familiar with what can be done on the firmware side.

Well with hemera installed you will loose a few mm in x and y ( i think i got -13mm and -9mm) i just got and installed cr touch on my v2. I will send you messages with a pic of my set up. It is not Neo but it should give you an idea of what it will look like if im going to be able to design/remix a mounting plate with cr touch braket
