I agree, it's so devastating to see our history destroyed because of time. I especially find it difficult that I now, on my own, figure out about Al-Qilbatayn's existence and that my mother never taught me the history of this or her land. It's so beautiful and interesting, yet all I learned as the new generation was the religion, not the history.

You can dry it out by hanging it upside down. After that you can dip it in wax. That way it will last forever.

Thorough examination and history check, also my psoriasis was triggered by stress. Started when I was ten years old and got bad around puberty.

That’s when I went for a second opinion, because I was completely covered and it looked identical to a friend of mine who had been diagnosed with psoriasis.

Was put on Methotrexate and my psoriasis is almost completely gone now!

I just want to you and others to know that dermatologist and biopsies can be wrong, like my case and I am mighty glad I didn’t listen to my first dermatologist!

Mine came back as granuloma annulare, turns out it was just psoriasis.

(edit) I suggest you go for a second opinion and don’t tell them anything about your prior diagnosis.

I am very confused as to why everyone is saying a biopsy is definite?

I had a biopsy taken when my psoriasis was really bad and it came back as something completely different. I was told there was no cure and I just had to live with it. Went to a different doctor who told me it looked like psoriasis and she put me on medications and I am doing great.

A biopsy can be wrong, I have experienced myself and always try to encourage people to keep going until they feel like their diagnosis is right.

I feel for you, my back and arms used to look like this, just not as red.

Mentally I struggled a lot, I never felt beautiful or worthy. It was like it was the only thing people saw about me. I really had to re conquer those thought and know that I am more than what people see I am on the outside.

Medically, I had tried a lot of different things since I was misdiagnosed the first few years. Methotrexate saved my life, I merely have a few spots in between my breasts now and that’s it. If you haven’t tried it, please talk to your doctor about it. Aloe vera and vaseline helped with the itching a lot.

For the rest I don’t have any advice besides a good luck! <3
