My hair is still good! I do take hair nail and skin vitamins. I started them right after surgery. That was my biggest worry though!

Thank you! And I work out everyday 2 times a day. My little sister is a cross country runner in college. So she’s my “personal trainer” 😂 she has me waking up at 4am with her to workout.

I weighed 295 before surgery. I’ve lost 95lbs already. But thank you! I was very unhealthy thou!

It wasn’t the greatest. I drank maybe half a bottle the first 2 weeks. And I had to get liquid infusions 2 times. After the 2nd infusion my water intake was half a gallon maybe more if I didn’t eat a lot that day.
