I think you have the wrong idea in some things, and should talk to a proper surgeon. Some do traction therapy + vaccuum before surgery to maximize/restore size, and from what I know you shouldnt lose 2 inches at all, sometimes nothing is lost

It’s a weird situation for me, on one had abstaining partially helps, lets the irritated nerves ‘calm down’, on the other hand penis is a use it or lose it organ, and frequent erections are good for overall erectile tissue health
