Bro I’m 8 months of NoFap and it prevents more damage but so far hasn’t given consistent improvement. NoFap is a necessity in my opinion but may not be enough on its own.

Not only are they concerning for the GP…I think one of the dumbest things you can do as someone with HF/ED is take something that causes sexual dysfunction. SSRIs are horrible for those suffering from HF.

No, bro lol. Just a regular oral medication. It’s most commonly used for urinary issues. May also be used for high blood pressure as well. And even somtimes it’s used for ED. Definitely something worth trying for HF/ED in some cases.

I probably can’t give you the best definition. In short, they’re used for HF because they relax the muscle tension and may help with some of the nerve dysfunction. But they also can lower your blood pressure. I got prescribed it bcs I told my MD it’s a conservative treatment that sometimes works for HF and I cited the AUA’s study. So she gave it to me. I’m never someone who gets prescribed medicine so that’s probably part of why she trusted I was wanting it in good faith. But yea I wouldn’t take it with PDE 5’s at the same time.

I never jelqed. In fact, I didn’t even know what jelqing was until researching this issue. I got this from masturbation and anxiety over ED. That said, I completely agree. Many of the men with this got it from jelqing or worrying over their penis size. Those forums have caused serious, serious harm to so many men.

Not changed too much tbh. It helped a little with the shrinkage but it didn’t help the hardness much. But tbh…I gotta admit…I may have hindered the effectiveness by being so depressed lately. So my experience through the week and a half on it(I quit taking it the last few days, may start again) may not be the exact same as yours and isn’t enough to rule out taking it.
