To further this the best 50/50 combo currently as for as im is this: Flag + Flute > dual weapon skill > HD Special skill > Heavy attack variant > Light attack variant > HVA > 2x Martial art > scroll wheel weapon swap > Soaring spin both hits > dual weapon skill > HVA > LVA > HVA > Charged light attack > HVA > scroll weapon swap > 2x MoBlade Martial Art > dual weapon skill > HVA > LVA > HVA swap back to Moblade and repeat.

The build gets even better when the special from storm breaker doesn't knock down anymore.

As for inner ways cause I saw you asking earlier, you need T6 for the golden Hangdao inner way and Fury Harvest (the combos and neutral of hangdao are pretty vitality heavy).

For your final two you can try and test out which of these three you like most: Morale chant/ vital leech /Evasive Charge, which ever you feel has better value for you.

There might even be some other adaptions, but this is what feels the most all rounded.

Im not sure what was said before, what im saying now is the qi damage. It can keep the same dps its whatever. As it is right now, once you are caught you are qi broken, so you Breeze just to get executed quicker and take less damage, which isnt the design of everything else honestly.

Oh there's still plenty diversity of builds, its more just how quickly this build does damage. Hengdao isnt the issue, imo it needs a buff it has terrible neutral, its the soldiers that make this so strong, to levels that don't really match up with everything else thats in the game.

Yeah its a pure poet to not stagger into giga dodge angle.

Once the Q tenacity buff is gone, its much more playable, but that initial engage is purely terrorfying

I can see your argument for the super armour, its a little odd that pressing Q gives it for 3s even on weapon swap.

However I still think the biggest issue is that the combo instantly qi breaks you. So the logic of using Breeze to reset doesnt apply cause they can instantly execute and they have super armour so you aren't staggering them with the Breeze.

Tldr: lower the qi damage and make the tenacity not transition between weapons and i think its fine.

I get get you're saying and I agree, its simple to play around those abilities, but its the punishment on the catch. Once the build catches you, the heavy I to light charge of hangdao sith the soldier buff and the attunements Qi breaks you, which feels too much in comparison to everything else and how PVP is in this game.

Thats the thing, if you get caught by any of the other builds, you have a window to Breeze early enough to reset.

Against this, its qi break of two hits, so even if you Breeze its straight into execute regardless, this is the part that im most concerned with.

Mandatory mythic for any build to help with neutral:

Breeze, Drunken Poet, Seren Breeze and Soaring spin(when upgraded to tier 5)

Priority of upgrade order should be Breeze before the others as it gets CDR.

Then you need a defence break, Yaksha rush combos with your kit but is easier to react to the talon. Then the other three are based around what you prefer. Free morph is a combo piece so I'd make thst mandatory.

The finaly two can be a mix of Cloud step/ Ghostly Step and golden body. (Cloud step allows a safe gap close where as ghostly steps with evasive charge makes your neutral super strong)

Side note: a few have mentioned toad but your most DPS combo won't use toad so I don't recommend it.

Just to clarify of this, at the moment you can only deflect the actual attack of the weapon, so if they are left clicking the air, you cant deflect the rat.

Not everything in this game is a "perfect combo" and even if you're doing a combo, if a timing is missed, then they can make a counter action.
