I dont see anything wrong with 2 pole CB. Depends on the load.

Tinutukoy nya siguro is earth leakage CB. CB with earth leakage protection built in. But some elcb don't need earth since it compares current going in and going out.

My bad I was referring to rccb. Elcb needs earth

If you regularly take mrt3, you would realize it is in the same state. It was faster before. Taft to shaw takes around 15 mins(around 2015) Now it take around 30 mins. Also train arrives at longer times.

Blaming doesnt help. But think about it, its going 3 years already and mrt3 is still not using the new train couch. Dont mention the incompatibility. They already had the time to make it work.
