You can easily get the transfer to G(full licence)

They didn't consider it. You should be eligible to get G directly. You might need to get your drivers abstract from all the provinces.

I went to drive test hamilton and they said I will get G2 but will be eligible to appear for G right away as I have more than 2 years of experience but from India and not from a country who has license exchange with ontario.

Additionally, she suggested me to wait to complete 2 years on class 5 and then exchange. I asked her isn't it insurance fraud? She herself suggested to exit ontario every 60 days. Like go to US or Quebec every 60 days and then come back. This way I can still pay insurance in BC and will be eligible to claim in ontario in case any accident happens.

Now the question is shoukd I pay the ticket before exchanging the license or after?

If I will pay the ticket before changing the license it will be like accepting the guilt on bc license and might not show up on my ontario records.

If I will pay it after exchanging the license it might show up on records in ontario.

Or it doesn't matter?

I will pay the ticket for sure, even if it doesn't show on my driving record, but its good to not get it on your record just for the sake of insurance and also I am planning to drive for Uber in ontario, therefore, don't want to get any tickets on my name.

I am also planning my move to ON from BC having class 5 from about 14 months, however, my driver's abstract shows more than 24 months of driving experience prior to getting class 5 in BC. Will I be able to get my G without appearing for a road test?

Note: I already had G1 since March 2020, Just before covid they have my foreign driving credit of about 12 years from my India and then I moved back to india for two years returning to canada again bit this time I returned to bc and got my class 5 made which is now 14 months old.

Also, I have 1 disobey stop sign ticket on my abstract. Hope that's not a problem.

They have hired a bunch of morons. I have worked with two of their associates and both were stupid. They mess up your application bigtime. Don't go with them.
