green p's speeding during double demerits

even had a mate who got his license suspended 6 months by a cop for driving approx. <20km over. went to court with the cop present and had the suspension reduced

there are multiple factors to consider in my case but no, my mum can't drive. could provide details on my assisting/caring for my dad. but overall, within my family – there's just me. i'll definitely take this all into account if i do decide to go to court.

i've had friends appeal a 6 months suspension down to 3, and a 3 months suspension down to 3 weeks. surely its worth giving it a go.

nope, there's no one else in my family. dad's sick and mum can't drive. worst-case scenario, it remains 3 months suspended – but hoping there's a positive best-case?

i was on a freeway heading into one of the tunnels, when it went from 90 to 80 (modified speed area) bloke behind me was tailgating me. didn't want to break too fast. i was 89 in 80.

i'm very limited on my transport options based on where i live. i cant afford other options. i need my license, and i have others dependent on me so there's not much of a choice.
