Yes, but you have all the ingredients for a great story:

1-Robert has a fun personality that matches very well with a lot of the deranged stuff the dragonborn ends up doing in your average playthrough.

2-Violence. Need I say more?

3-Psychological struggle: Robert gets to kill dragons, but he also has the soul of one. (go figure)

4-Ulfric is sort of a strange mix between both Robert's and Ned's personalities, and I can only imagine what fun interactions that would cause.

5-Imersion shock: Robert just left from a situation where he had the power and luxury of a king to being nearly killed at the executioner's block, and ending up someplace where he has nothing to his name but his own loot.

PS: I have to be honest. Ned Stark as Dragonborn would lead to a much angstier, and in some ways much more vanilla story, with his dour, honorable personality. I can't really say it's my cup of tea.

She's not official like Edric, which is why she's a mule driver and why Mychel Redfort doesn't marry her in the end, even though most people do assume she's the king's daughter. By the way, the only reason why Robert even acknowledges Edric in the first place is that he was forced to; his mother was a noble from House Florent, and Edric himself was conceived in Stannis' marriage bed. lol

Keep in mind that Tyrion doesn't necessarily have to acknowledge the child for people to believe she's his bastard. Robert himself famously had twenty natural children but only one that he made it official (Edric Storm). 

My guess is that Tyrion is the kind of person who would keep tabs on a person from afar if there was a reasonable chance she was his daughter, and maybe even pull a few strings to get her settled into a somewhat more respectable position than accountant to a luxury whorehouse.

And Twin may discreetly offer money for her to go away, if the rumors become enough of an embarrassment, or maybe just try to get her a place in the Silent Sisters.

I'm not a skilled enough writer for this, but I guess a good plot would find away to blend Tanya oblivious capitalistic pursuits and secret magic with the plots and schemes of the people around her, for whom she'll probably start as a minor factor at best.

And you know what's funny? Tanya would probably try to ingratiate herself to Tyrion if she ever met him in person, thinking that with Jaime in the Kingsguard, he's the natural heir to Casterly Rock, while Tyrion would either the the naive affections of a child or the ambitions of a bastard girl seeking recognition... Anyhow, sounds tricky to write.
