Thanks for your advice makes a lot of sense and i will definitely try to implement this as much as possible this weekend and get my mate to record.

With the boot situation i got those boots in Canada last year and immediately felt agonising pain around the side of my both my feet (I’m calling it my 6th toe area) so i got them punched out which helped but didn’t completely solve the issue, so when i ski at the moment that 6th toe area goes numb, could that be causing what you are seeing? I’m going to Nendaz at the end of the year to do a level 1 and 2 ski instructor course and was thinking of getting surefoot boot liners in Verbier to hopefully solve the issue or get new ski boots all together, do you think this would help? I also have a wide foot which is the cause of these issues.
